For me, more income per hectare and Generational Farming Substantiality for the farmers world wide are very different issues. And I would rather have the later one. Coli outbreak in Europe should be a wake up call on the worlds globalization of seed stocks. There are so many advantages of local heritage seeds, money is not everything in life.
